We created a pair of original content webinars for the Sage Publishing Online Platform, based on existing content that matched the Sage Team’s needs.

These webinars focused on the core goal of improving researcher operational efficiency through two models:

• Participant Experience, i.e. improving the core interaction where data is gathered to improve outcomes. This course drew heavily on service design methodologies and GDPR-oriented principles of privacy and trust.
• Operational Efficiency, i.e. doing better user research by improving research operations. This course focused on developing ways of seeing automation opportunities (and when it ignore them), and leveraging low- and no-code tooling to implement better research ops.
